Heir of Eternal Day
In an empire where bloodline determines worth, eighteen-year-old Everett is a nameless workshop hand with extraordinary sword skills. He enters the Golden Scale Musketeers’ trials to protect his mother and uncover the truth about his father, only to face rigged tests and nobles determined to see him dead. Then a relic reveals his true heritage: he is the son of Bahamut, Dragon Lord of Eternal Day. As a dark dragon seizes control of the Tribunal, Everett and his mother face execution. With loyal allies at his side and his father trapped beyond the Rift, Everett must master his inherited power and defy the men who have condemned his family. His blood may open the door to greatness, but only his choices can decide what lies beyond.
